We are currently building up or Test Consultancy and Test Management team and can offer you the opportunity to join our Junior Test Manager talent program and join our young and friendly team of dedicated software testing professionals based in Bratislava. As part of our Junior Test Manager Program we offer you the opportunity to be directly involved in these activities: Definition and implementation of Test Strategies, definition of test scope and approach, test planning and effort estimation, coordination and day-to-day management of the testing team, supporting all areas of the test process (testing methodology, test data, etc.), regular test status reporting, defect Management, coordination with Project Management and other Project Stakeholders in test prioritization and making decisions based on test status and progress. Our Expectations: Strong communication skills, good English is a must, at least two years’ experience in testing, preferably in the banking and telco areas with some acquired business domain knowledge, knowledge of testing processes and testing tools, some theoretical knowledge of Test Management based on background reading or attendance of training, experience and knowledge of issue/defect tracking processes and tools, previous experience in test coordination is an advantage.
